Intel Mac issues after SoundID VoiceAI 2.6.3 update
After updating to the latest version of SoundID VoiceAI, Intel macOS users, as well as those using Rosetta, may encounter one or more of the following three known issues. A workaround is available for each while a permanent fix is in development.
SoundID Download Manager crashes/quits unexpectedly when launched.
SoundID VoiceAI fails the Audio Unit validation in Logic Pro.
DAW crashes when loading the SoundID VoiceAI plugin.

Update to the latest version, where a fix was released - download here.
We recommend reinstalling the previous stable version (v2.6.2) to restore full functionality — please follow the steps below:
- Remove the existing SoundID VoiceAI plugin instances from DAW
- Uninstall VoiceAI, and remove all the leftover files and folders as shown here: [MAC] How to uninstall SoundID VoiceAI
- Reboot your computer.
- Reinstall the previous version 2.6.2, download here: SoundIDVoiceAI-2.6.2.pkg
