SoundID VoiceAI log files
If you encounter a technical issue while using the SoundID VoiceAI plugin in your DAW and believe that it is caused by the plugin itself, we recommend reaching out to the Sonarworks Support team and reporting the issue.
If the issue is not easily reproducible, our developers will require the plugin log files to investigate the problem. For a quicker resolution, collect and attach the plugin log files when submitting your support request.
macOS
- Launch your DAW and load the SoundID VoiceAI plugin to start a new logging session.
- Reproduce the issue to capture the problematic behavior in the logs.
- Open Finder and click on Go > Go to Folder... and enter the following location:
~/Library/Application Support/Sonarworks/SoundIDVoiceAI/Logs
- Locate the log subfolder from the latest session by Date Modified,
- Attach the latest log file to your support request.
