If an issue is encountered where calibration profiles can no longer be applied to Apollo X devices via the integrated mode, this article provides a solution.

Unable to apply calibration to Apollo X
Since the SoundID Reference 5.12.3.1 update, there is a known issue for the UA Apollo X integration: the "Apply profile to Apollo X" button is missing in the standalone app, thus calibration profiles cannot be exported to the Apollo. The issue has been resolved, but a full reinstall of the latest version might still be required.
Install the latest 5.12.3.2 hotfix update
The problem has already been identified and fixed with the latest 5.12.3.2 hotfix release. To resolve the issue, simply install the latest update - download here.
In case the issue is still present after installing the latest update, clear the standalone app config files: Deleting the SoundID Reference config files.
In case the problem is still present after updating and clearing the config, please make sure to install the latest updates for UAD Software and UAD Console (launch the UA Connect app and install all available updates), and then perform a fully clean reinstall of SoundID Reference (make sure to remove all leftover files and folders after uninstalling): How to uninstall SoundID Reference.

Yup, just got this past few days :)
Following to see when fixed.
whew…saved my life as my client was asking me to submit my music while this was my major issue. It took me 5 hours to reinstall and ask questions to Chatgpt+ googling and didnt help till I saw this.
@william reminder to myself and you, don't update just to keep up to date. Let others find the bugs first :P

I can confirm at least that the system that finds related info as you're submitted a support ticket and typing the subject works perfect. It instantly pointed me to this article, this getting me a quicker answer and not making me wait for them to reply to the ticket.
I don't think the main search bar on the main page works quite that well TBH.

It slowed me down and drove me mad as well. Fixed it with the beta and now waiting for the repaired version. I posted the temporary workaround on the UAD forum in case any user encounters the same issue… Thanks to Marco, who had reported the problem here a few hours earlier. Waiting!
