If you are encountering this warning dialog in SoundID Reference after the latest update, this article explains the problem and how to tackle it.

"Current Apollo configuration doesn't support Room Correction" warning

The SoundID Reference standalone app queries some API calls for the UAD Console app for the integrated functionality. On some occasions during computer startup, Console might not be fully loaded yet, and thus not handle those early API calls. This can result in the "Current Apollo configuration doesn't support Room Correction" warning.

While the exact reason for the issue taking place specifically after the latest 5.12.3.1 and 5.12.3.2 updates, the Sonarworks and Universal Audio development teams are looking into this for improvements in the near future.

Dismiss the dialog and continue with your workflow

Despite the warning, there are no further issues expected, as the Console app will have fully loaded just a moment later. Simply click on 'Close' and continue your workflow as before.

If the issue is present on every computer startup and starts significantly interrupting the workflow, tick the 'Don't show this again' checkbox and Close - there are no further issues expected after dismissing the message.
