How to trial and activate the Apollo Monitor Correction Add-on

Start a free trial or activate your license for the Apollo Monitor Correction Add-on.

Launch a free trial

With the release of the Apollo Monitor Correction Add-on, free trials are available to all new users and existing license owners of SoundID Reference. Anyone can start a new trial from their Sonarworks Account.

  1. Log in to your Sonarworks Account, or create a new account.
  2. Navigate to one of the trial options:
    • SoundID Reference for Multichannel | with add-ons.
    • Apollo Monitor Correction Add-on | 14-Day Trial.
  3. Click on Activate on this device.

 

Note: Launching a free trial for the AMC add-on will also launch a fully-featured Multichannel trial for SoundID Reference (even if you have an existing license for Headphones or Speakers & Headphones). This will unlock 2.1-9.1.6 multichannel speaker measurements, which will require a permanent Multichannel license to run after the trial expires.

Activate a permanent license

The Apollo X integration requires a permanent SoundID Reference base license and a permanent Apollo Monitor Correction Add-on license; see full license and system requirements here: SoundID Reference license and Add-on requirements for Apollo Monitor Correction

If you have already purchased both the SoundID Reference base license and the AMC Add-on license, both need to be registered and activated in your Sonarworks Account before using:

  1. Log in to your Sonarworks Account, or create a new account.
  2. Click on Register a new license and Enter your license key.
    1. Register your SoundID Reference base license.
    2. Register your AMC Add-on license.

      Note: If you have purchased both products in a single order from Sonarworks Store, you might receive a single unified license titled SoundID Reference + Apollo Monitor Correction Add-on. Register only this one key. 
       
  3. Click on Activate on this device under both licenses.

 

Note: If you have multiple user accounts created with multiple addresses, make sure both licenses are registered in the same account.

first thanks for this genius product! I have a question to license of apollo x add on. Can i use it on both of my computers or is it only working on one pc?

Dear Sonarworks

Do you even intend to Support your customers who are having Problems with your program?? 

I Don't think so. I spent 400 bucks in total for a program that doesnt work! I have had this issue for over a month now. I have spent hours finding a Contact but theres nothing. 

Is this how you treat your customers? Really??

Moritz Ehle If you own a non-educational license (a regular license), you can activate the base license, as well as the AMC Add-on on 3 computers simultaneously. 

@Emanuel Fricker It looks like we resolved your issue in a recent ticket.

No se como cambiar la cache de proceso a otro disco duro para no llenar el interno de mac. Escribo por aqui por que no encuentro el sitio adecuado y no veo claro para sujerencias.Gracias
