My user account is missing
If you cannot access your user account and are unable to retrieve it using the 'Forgot password' option, the account doesn't exist for this email address.
Note that a user account can only be created by the user manually - accounts are not created automatically. Having purchased or activated the Reference 3 or 4 software in the past does not create a user account. Create a new account here. Once you have registered and verified your email address, register your activation key to proceed with license management.
