Updating your Sonarworks Account email address, password, shipping address, or deleting your account from the User Profile page.

Email address
Your existing email address registered with your Sonarworks Account can be updated to a new one in the User Profile section:
- Log in to your Sonarworks Account
- Go to My Account > User Profile > Change email
- Enter your new email address and click Save
- Verify by clicking on the verification link sent to the new email address
Password
Your existing Sonarworks Account password can be updated from the User Profile page:
- Log in to your Sonarworks Account
- Go to My Account > User Profile > Change password
- Enter your existing password
- Enter your new password
- Click on Save to confirm the changes
Shipping address
Sonarworks Account can store your physical address information should you want to save it under your user profile. To apply changes access your User Profile:
- Log into your Sonarworks Account
- Go to My Account > User Profile > Change address
- Input your address details and click Save to confirm the changes
Delete account
Your Sonarworks Account can be permanently deleted from the User Profile page:
- Log into your Sonarworks Account
- Go to My Account > User Profile > Delete account
- Read the disclaimer and click on Continue to proceed
- Verify by clicking on the Delete my account forever link sent in email
Note: A user account cannot be recovered after deleting it. To use Sonarworks products in the future, a new account will need to be created.
