[WIN] Unable to dismiss dialog windows in SoundID VoiceAI: content out of borders

If you're encountering an issue where the dismiss or submit buttons are outside the borders of the 'Suggest a preset' dialog or the feedback dialog window, this guide provides a fix for the issue.

Content out of borders

On Windows, the interaction buttons for the feedback dialog window may fall outside the window's range. This also goes for the 'Suggest a new preset' dialog window. As a result, it might not be possible to close the dialog, as the 'Submit' and 'Dismiss' buttons are out of view:

Fix the issue by adjusting the Scale and Text Size settings

The Sonarworks Development team is working on a permanent fix for the problem. In the meantime, there is a workaround available by adjusting the Windows display scale and system text size settings. Follow the steps below. 

1. Go to Windows Settings > System > Display.
2. Adjust the Scale to 100%.
3. Go to Windows Settings > Accessibility > Text size.
4. Adjust the Text size slider to 100% (drag the slider all the way to the left).
5. Click Apply to save changes.

Note: Most likely, only one of the settings mentioned above will need adjustment - check the feedback dialog window in SoundID VoiceAI after applying the changes to find the best settings combination.
