System requirements for the SoundID Reference software
- macOS 11 Big Sur, 12 Monterey, 13 Ventura, 14 Sonoma
- Windows 10, 11
- Stable internet connection (offline use not supported)

SoundID Reference for Headphones

- Supported Headphones or Sonarworks individually calibrated headphones
SoundID Reference for Speakers and Headphones
- System requirements as described above
- SoundID Reference for Speakers and Headphones product license
- 2.0 Stereo speaker system (with or without subwoofer)
- Supported Headphones or Sonarworks individually calibrated headphones
- Audio interface with +48V phantom power support
- Audio hardware setup consisting of a single external hardware device only during the speaker measurement process (additional preamp units are supported)
- XLR to XLR audio cable
- A supported measurement microphone:

- SoundID Reference for Multichannel product license
- 2.1-9.1.6 multichannel speaker system, see supported formats here
- 2.0 stereo speaker system (with or without subwoofer)
