Locally stored Presets
When using the Perpetual mode the audio processing is done locally on your computer. To do this, the presets are downloaded and stored locally using the SoundID Download Manager module.
Once downloaded, the Presets are stored in this location:
macOS
Macintosh HD/Users/your username/Library/Application Support/Sonarworks/SoundIDVoiceAI/Assets/Presets
Windows
C:\Users\your username\AppData\Roaming\Sonarworks\SoundIDVoiceAI\Assets\Presets
Log files
In case of issue troubleshooting, we may ask you to send us the plugin log files which can contain crucial information to help our developers resolve the problem. Find log files in the following locations:
macOS:
Macintosh HD/Users/your username/Library/Application Support/Sonarworks/SoundIDVoiceAI/logs
Windows:
C:\Users\your username\AppData\Roaming\Sonarworks\SoundIDVoiceAI\logs
Note: The user\AppData and User/Library directories on macOS and Windows are hidden by default. To show hidden files and folders, follow the instructions here: How to show hidden files on Mac and Windows?
Raw audio files
The raw audio files generated with SoundID VoiceAI are saved in WAV format (at 16-bit/48kHz). They are stored in the Cache folder in the following locations:
macOS:
Macintosh HD/Users/your username/Library/Application Support/Sonarworks/SoundIDVoiceAI/cache
Windows:
C:\Users\your username\AppData\Roaming\Sonarworks\SoundIDVoiceAI\cache

Please implement a drag&drop function of proceess results, else it is very hard to find the result file because of token style file names. It should be ease to access the result direct in the DAW plugin to drag it to any track in the DAW.
Prifuso Thank you for your feature request! I have shared this with our Product team and they'll look into it.
It would be useful to implement the ability to install folder with the audio files on another drive - it's almost 6GB. Will this be possible?
Yes! Please! Make these Raw files movable.
