Log files
Log files are created for each Reference 4 software module. DAW plugin log files include the DAW name in the filename, while the Measure app and Systemwide app log files feature their respective titles. If unsure which exact log files are needed (there can be many of them), compress the entire folder into a ZIP archive file and attach it to your support request.
