Support status update for Reference 4 products

Reference 4 products are discontinued and no longer supported. Reference 4 was released in 2017, and discontinued in 2021, with all active development stopping in 2022. Reference 4 products are no longer available for purchase or trial.

Support was still carried out up until March 2023 within warranty terms, after which official support is no longer available. The final Reference 4 updates (4.4.10.11 for PC, and 4.4.9.11 for MAC) introduced compatibility for Windows 11 and macOS 12 Monterey operating systems.

Basic services are in place (download, activation, and account systems), and the Sonarworks Support team is available to handle essential support tasks, such as license activation and transfers. Product issues are no longer being investigated as there are no more Reference 4 software updates coming.

The Reference product line continues with SoundID Reference, released in March 2021. Learn more here.
