I switched to dSONIQ Realphones a few months ago and like it a lot more than SoundID. Plus, it doesn't require an internet connection and has more features. You should check it out.

A month's gone by, and still no response? Sonarworks totally ignored several other posts of mine, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised.

I have a feeling you might get a better response from them if you were to make a separate post for your issue. Good luck, though – they don't seem to care much about this stuff.
