Guys, is it really right on your part to just remove the tokens I paid money for without any explanation? A year ago I bought 180,000 tokens from you, I think for $49 or something around that. I paid you money, and you just went ahead and deleted them from my account? I’m waiting for an explanation.

It looks like the tokens from your purchase date back over a year. As highlighted in the Product Description at checkout and in our FAQ, tokens are valid for one year. Once this period has passed, they automatically expire. Unfortunately, your tokens have now reached that point and are no longer active. We understand this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, and we appreciate your understanding.
New tokens can be purchased from your user account. Alternatively, you can consider a Perpetual license from our online store.
