Quick preview not responding

I select a voice to hear a preview, left of the pic is a Preview play button which does not respond. Any suggestions?

Hi Nigel Stewart, 

Thanks for posting! This is likely due to one of these limitations, which can be overcome easily within DAW settings: SoundID VoiceAI preset previews not working in Logic Pro X, Pro Tools and Cubase.

With an alternative DAW, it may be because of the SoundID VoiceAI - Playhead position requirement. If an issue persists, I recommend writing to us directly for further troubleshooting. How to contact Sonarworks Support.

Same problem in Logic. These previews did work when the plug in was first released. Also there is now NETWORK REQUEST FAILED STATUS: 500
