So i want to update my software. I log in with my user details. But i finds myself on pages directed to new users. There is 7 days tries etc.
If i want to update already bought and registered software, why is there no easy accessible link to my software with an update alternative?

Hi Hans-Erik Eriksson, Thank you for taking an interest in upgrading. From your user account, you will be able to find all your current licenses. Scroll down from the 7 day trial view (for SoundID VoiceAI) to find your licenses. Please note that a license can only be upgraded once, so only your SoundID Reference license can still be upgraded (to SoundID Reference for Multichannel).

I did not write ‘upgrade’. I wrote ‘update’. There is a difference.
You are right. In this case, there is a notification available in the software. To enable it, go to Preferences, scroll down and toggle “Sofware update is available” to On.
The latest version can be downloaded from the Download Center. The notification popup redirects here too. Scroll down to see SoundID Reference and click on Download.
