I've just opened an instance of SoundID Voice AI and it's just bringing up a ‘Welcome to SoundID Voice AI’ image as a plug-in and asking that I log in. I have logged in and it's showing as activated on this device with 179460 tokens. I've just updated the plug-in and restarted Logic X but I just get the same window,

i have the same issue on a windows PC running Protools. I've reinstalled the application deleting all of the remnants from the previous install on my machine. I've re-started protools multiple times, i've rebooted my machine. I just get the welcome screen when I instantiate and open the plugin in a protools session.
