I notice that very few questions or issues are addressed here. A Sonarworks support representative should spend a few hours here to address our comments. It might be different if end users were able to answer other new end users questions, but that is simply not happening.

John Plainsong Thank you for posting! Yes, we're going to address the unanswered inquiries more attentively over the coming weeks. Due to an increased workload over a longer period, this was not attended as much as we would like to. Of course, we hope the community can assist each other, but this does not always suffice. 

I'll attend your other post shortly.
