I have downloaded, reinstalled, restarted and logged at this point almost 50 times to no avail. will wait for fix. 

Great, thanks for the news about the fix! Doing as suggested above i still cannot use the app. License says activated when I load the ap into Logic i get the same Log in loop ad infinitum. 

thanks for the heads up…tried the exact same steps on a MAC running latest 0/S with. no success. 

reinstalled update, restarted, issue still ongoing….

I restarted, with no effect on the issue. however I am reinstalling the update then will restart and report back.

addendum:  “Verifying your Licensee…this may take awhile…” hangs there for hours.

I have. hit “Activate” 25 times and I keep going around in circles. Please fix.

Same here and i am very frustrated…glitch? Is there a fix coming?
