I've updated to the last version 5.2.0 and I can see that the installer not always generate the VST and VST3 files. When it generates them (after several runs of the installer), the VST/VST3 cannot be loaded into the DAW as it generates a MEMORY_ACCESS_EXCEPTION
I've tried three different DAWs (Bitwig, Audacity, Reaper) and I could not import the VST or VST3.
I guess there are two possible reasons:
- The installer is somehow being blocked by Windows10
- The files which the installer download to make the installation are somehow corrupted
I've tried reinstalling several times, restarting and so on and I only could make it works when using an "offline installer" of version 5.1.2.3

Hi Alejandro,
Thanks for your post!
Sorry to hear you are encountering this issue, but thank you for reporting! Can you let me know if you have updated to the latest SoundID Reference version 5.2.1. and if the same issue still occurs with the VST/VST3 files after installation?
I will also open a support request with you, so we can gather even more details for investigating this further.
Hi Zane,
I've updated and the problem is solved. But not there is another issue (only with the VST), when selecting the different presets.
When I select them, they get automatically unselected. In order to make it work, I need to import (search for my Headphones) in the VST and import it. The issue is that I have to do it every time I ran my DAW.
Hi Alejandro,
Thank you for updating us here as well, I'm glad to know that the initial problem is resolved with an updated version.
As for your other reported issue, this is not an expected behavior of the plugin and I have followed up on your support ticket for additional information, so we can inspect the issue further.
