SoundID Reference AAX plugin is not registered in Pro Tools 12.5 after scanning — need compatible version

I use Pro Tools 12.5.0 on Windows. The current SoundID Reference AAX does not load in PT 12.5. Please provide Sonarworks Reference 4 (or another version with AAX compatible with Pro Tools 12.5) and a download link. I have an active SoundID trial/account.
