Sometimes after system boot, SoundID Reference window pops up lamenting that cannot connect to the audio host and asks to relaunch it.
Repeated quit and launch again won't trigger this alert from SoundID Reference so seems related to the system finishing the boot process even though I am still in the Finder and the computer seems operating normally already.
MacOS Tahoe 26.x but it happened already with MacOS 25.x. A fresh reinstall does not seem able to fix it, the alert is very sporadic and a bit annoying when it does happen.
I forgot to take a screenshot this time, but if it happens again I surely will.
