Voice AI sound ID indicates that it's not activate even though it's activated

Hello,

My Voice AI sound ID indicates that it's not activated when I try to use it in Logic Pro XI, even though it's a perpetual license that was properly activated (and worked perfectly before). My MacBook is an M1 8GB running Ventura 13.7.8, and no changes have been made to it. I've reactivated the license and restarted Logic, but Voice AI still won't activate. I don't even have access to the previews.
