Dear SoundID Reference Support Team,
I am experiencing an issue with SoundID Reference that I have not been able to resolve.
I have already:
- Installed the software twice.
- Completely reinstalled the software.
- Reinstalled the ASIO drivers.
The software installation appears to be successful, and I have also completed the measurement process and created a calibration profile without any problems.
However, whenever SoundID Reference is running and I work using the calibration profile that was created from my measurements, I hear intermittent audio distortions that sound like clipping or digital crackles. The issue is present during normal audio playback and makes monitoring unreliable.
Could you please advise how I can troubleshoot and resolve this problem?
For reference, my system configuration is:
- Operating System: [WIN11-Intel(R) Core(TM) Ultra 7 265 (2.40 GHz) 32,0 GB (31,4 GB utilizzabile)]
- Audio Interface: [Focustrite18i20 4thl]
- ASIO Driver Version: [2.16]
- SoundID Reference Version: [5.13.6]
