Update broke Sonarworks

Very frustrating that Sonarworks has been working fine since installing it about a month ago.

Today - a popup tells me it needs updating, I allow it - and it sits there for ages. 
Eventually I wonder whats up and hover over the upgrade to see theres a warning dialog about not being able to stop or remove a service. I click OK - and then the its restarts my entire computer without warning - and then comes back after a reboot with no working Sonarworks - its just gone.
