What is the point of this forum? Literally NOTHING gets answered. Problems are just completely ignored by the company.

Hi Scott,
Thanks for the post and apologies for the delay in response time! Scott's issue was resolved by a driver reinstall (in a direct support request) although we're not exactly sure what exactly was the fault.
For anyone else struggling with a similar issue on Windows particularly, I would highly recommend trying different driver types. We currently have four different driver options on Windows available (two new ones), including the brand-new APO driver. See more here: [WIN] Audio driver types in the standalone app.
