No 2.2...? Really..?

So, Sound ID multichannel is a £175 upgrade from the standard license, and will do 2.0, 2.1, 2.1.2, 3.0, 3.1, 3.1.2, 4.0, 4.1, 4.1.2, 4.1.4, 5.0, 5.1, 6.1, 5.1.2, 5.1.4, 7.1, 7.1.2, 7.1.4, 7.1.6, 9.1.2, 9.1.4, 9.1.6…

But will not do 2.2….

Can someone at least try and make me not think bad things about the person that made that decision, because if it's a genuine technical impossibility that's fine, but if the growing number of people using stereo subs have just been shrugged off, then i will think bad things, and mutter many bad words, to myself lol…?
