Audirvana Studio.app ->> SoundID Reference.app ->> S.M.S.L. SU-1
Worked until recently!
In SoundID Reference.app the signal arrives, I can see from the levelling - no sound comes out of S.M.S.L. SU-1
But with Output Test in SoundID Reference.app I hear Right / Left.
Re-enassed the S.M.S.L. SU-1, no success.
Audirvana Studio.app ->> SoundID Reference Plug In in Audirvana ->> S.M.S.L. SU-1 already works.
Have not used the plug so far, as it was sometimes prone to dropouts.
With foobar2000, div. Settings tried, S.M.S.L. SU-1 profile in Sonarworks completely recreated - doesn't work either, no sound comes out.
The test with S.M.S.L. SU-1 new system left/right but works.
Running on Mac mini (M1, 2020), Apple M1
macOS 26.3.1 ARM64 with 16GB physical RAM
SoundID 5.13.2 (Build 1087) (64-bit)
Greetings

Reinstalled SoundID, no change.
When I switch from the S.M.S.L. SU-1 DAC to the Corda Daccord ff DAC, it works straight away – I can hear the sound!
The S.M.S.L. DAC works without SoundID!

It gives some SoundIDReferenceVST3_AUHostingServiceXPC_arrow.log

I think this problem comes after the latest macOS update.
Uninstalled Sonarworks SoundID, renamed the old profile (in the Library) / reinstalled Sonarworks SoundID, set up the profile again. Everything is working properly now.
I had previously manually created and then deleted a new device in Audio MIDI Setup, which had messed up the SoundID settings.
Hello everyone, I’m experiencing a similar issue. I’m running Windows 11, and during audio playback, Sonarworks intermittently deactivates without warning. I’m using Pro Tools Studio and have Sonarworks inserted as a plugin on the master track. However, at random times, it stops processing audio.
The only way to restore functionality is by restarting the system, which is not a practical solution for a working environment. Has anyone from Sonarworks or the community encountered this issue or found a reliable fix?
