I've had this program for a year installed and working without a problem. I use the Perpetual License so the rendering occurs on my computer. It's been adequate. However, I went to use the product today and got a Black Screen when I enabled the VST in Cubase with the message “Please start the Sonarworks license service.” I won't go into the time spent trying to activate the plugin, but i finally unistalled everything and reinstalled everything. This includes all the voices and the Activation from the site. I opened it up in Cubase, reloaded all the voices, and activated the plugin from the site. I went to render a vocal in Cubase using perpetual license and it rendered. Lots of artifacts but rendered. Then the entire vst just disappeared with the Black Screen stating “Please start the Sonarworks license service. Not a happy camoer right now. Is anyone else having this issue, or has experienced it. I can't find a place to make a ticket, I only see videos and FAQ's and this forum. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
