UA x6 Gen2 + SoundID + Bass Management on a 2.0+SUB!

Hello,

Can someone explain me how to configure this setup ?..

i have my main monitors and 1 sub… and 1 apollo x6 gen2

i have the monitor connected to the apollo main outs L+R , in bass management i have selected 2.0 stereo… i have set crossovers and HPF/Oct… and my Sub woofer is connected directly to the output 6, of the apollo x6 gen2.
 
anyone know if i have to leave the Sub powerer ON when i do the new measurement ?….
