Hello, I have done plenty of measurements with Sound ID. Never had an issue.
I have a Stereo Pair + Subwoofer alls from the Stereo Outs.
Now I have a Audient Nero Monitor controller set to STEREO.
During the measurement set-up I checked L & R outputs and they were Stereo.
When I start the test it sais MONO SIGNA DETECTED.
