Hello,
I’m experiencing an issue with my new binaural microphone. It was initially recognized on both my Mac and my Windows computers and worked without any problems for two measurements. Since then, it is no longer detected by any of my devices, although the LED on the microphone still lights up.
I have not made any system changes or adjustments in the meantime. Could you please help me identify the cause of this issue and advise me on how to get the microphone working again?

I can see you have already submitted a support request, and it seems the device is indeed not showing up on the system level (not showing up in Device Manager on Windows).
We'll follow up on this post once we've pinned down the issue - it can be potentially useful for other users too.
