It doesn’t work in Cubase.

I purchased the “Pop Voices” Expansion Pack and registered the serial key on the website. However, when I try to activate it in Cubase, the process gets stuck on the Download Manager page and never progresses, even after waiting all day. Please provide a prompt solution.
