How do I edit the Listening Spot parameters without doing a full remeasure?

I don't want to remeasure again because it always seems to get this wrong and applies a gain boost to the left channel, causing things to veer to the left when listening spot is in. It's incredible annoying. My monitors are balanced and sit dead centre in the listening spot without SoundID Reference on.

I've opened up Measure and have loaded the calibration project and it displays all the parameters but you can't seem to manually adjust them this way??

Thanks

James Orr there is no reason to suspect faulty Listening Spot values measured, especially if subsequent measurements provide the same results. Just because the speakers are perfectly centered doesn't mean the image is perfect, as there are other factors present too.

Our first recommendation would be to actually work with the created profile as it is, and assess the Listening Spot accuracy by mix translation results instead (how does the stereo image of your production work translate to other playback devices). Judging the results by how they sound/feel in your room might be misleading due to known psychoacoustic effects, as the human brain itself actively compensates for the imbalance. So when you actually correct for it, it will sound off at first (especially if you've been working in this room for a long time), and an adjustment period is needed. For this reason, assessing it by mix translation is a far more objective and conclusive approach.

If you still don't trust the measured values for any reason, you can simply turn them off as shown here: Listening Spot.
