I have owned Reference ID since 2019. I used it twice and stored the RTA in the foam box. I tried to use it on a new system today and the mic is dead. I have tried to find out how to get it fixed but so far, the support is the worst I have experienced. HOW DO I GET THIS REPAIRED OR REPLACED PLEASE??????
