SoundID VoiceAI settings are not saved in Cubase project

in the SoundID VoiceAI plugin GUI "AI voice Enabled" is set.
In Cubase 14 the Project is saved. Then then Project is loaded again.
In the  SoundID VoiceAI plugin GUI the button shows "AI voice Disabled".
Cubase does not save the SoundID VoiceAI settings. 
Other third party plugins settings are saved without problems.
