Beginning to see that the voices added were not the ones pictured in the Email, but 2 others. You might not want to put those pics next the the spot that says “2 free new voices added”. Instead put the actual pics of the new voices in that spot
Never mind jazzman7. I heard back from Arty at Sonarworks. The two new voices that are included in the 2.5 version od Sound ID are Derek and Henry. You need to have 2.5 installed and Open SoundID Download Manager to see if you need to download and install any of the voice presets.
