captures producing 'warble'

Hi

I've tried capturing a track several times. I've checked the original track thoroughly before capture to confirm all is well. However, the result has 'warble' at various times. I've tried recapturing and using different voices but no different. 

I've updated to the latest version and I'm using the latest version of Logic

Please can you advise?
