My Cubase 14 crashes, once I hit the "processing" button.

I use the perpetual license.

However, my Cubase 14 Pro crashes, once I hit the "processing" button.

I see 1% processing…

and then the cursor turns to a blue wheel and the entire DAW crashes.

I tried different voices and have tried several times.

What can I do? Please help!

should have added that this is on a Windows 10 PC with 64GB of RAM and NVME fast SSD.

I got it to run on a previous version 2.1.3.6657, however the generated results are super noisy. Every quiet space is filled with an electric hum and the same goes for the parts where there is voice. Sounds anything but clean. How can I improve that?
