Problems with SounID Ai low quality vocal tracks

I was enthusiastic about this plugin and in fact I even got the perpetual version, but I'm really starting to change my mind, because it requires recordings of the original vocal track of a quality that is perhaps too high, almost like a professional studio. In many cases, it introduces hiss during silences and metallic vocals on many vocal samples. If anyone knows how to help, it would be greatly appreciated.
It's not just about choosing the most suitable voice based on the indicated pitch range, but about almost never adapting well to the original audio track, even if it is recorded with a standard average quality and even changing the pitch in the plugin doesn't solve these problems.
