Correction profile loaded on headphone and speaker outputs simultaneously

Is there a way to load room correction only on the speaker output, while applying two different headphone profiles to each of the two headphone outputs, without having to buy a Universal Audio Apollo? Since I own Sonarworks for headphones only, i want to know if there's a way to do it on the Headphones and speakers version simultaneously, like in UA control, and do it on my Scarlett 8i6.

I do not work for Sonarworks, I am a user like you, but I have a license for headphones and “speakers" modules. Your question made me curious, I just tested, and can confirm that I can insert several instances of SoundID reference VST3 plugin into Reaper and can load different calibration curves into each of them. Specifically, I loaded a standard curve for headphones in one, and profile measured with Speaker Calibration module curve for my home speakers into the other. I turn either on or off independently, and I can hear difference in sound, which means both of them work.

You need to figure out how to route different buses in your DAW to different output of your audio interface to get one of them play through the speakers and others through headphones. Focusrite's software is pretty bad, in my humble opinion, I always struggle when I need to change something, their software seems to be counterintuitive, but it should be possible with a little bit of pain. You can experiment with it by loading several instances of Sonarworks ID on different buses and see if you can route them through Focusrite correctly. If you can, then with the Speaker Calibration module you will be able to measure your speakers profile and route the corrected output destined for speakers to speakers.

The “Speakers” module is nothing more than a speakers / room calibration measurement module. It creates a speakers/room profile which you save as a file and then can load it into any instance of SoundID reference VST plugin, in just the same way as you do with headphones profiles.

ADDED: I found an article in Sonarworks blog which answers many of your questions in great details:
