well, I never got VoiceAI to work. The support requested again and again screenshots, videos, resinstallments, uninstallments and I did all the time.
After several month, no working my purchased software, I asked for refunding my money back. They told me, that it is not possible, because I didn't set my request within 30 days. But I sat my support request within that 30 days. So, I didn't run away fast enough and tried too much things.
My setting:
- Windows 10 Pro 64
- Nuendo 14 most actual edition
- VoiceAI most acutal edition
- LogIn at website works
- PlugIn loading seems to work, but the activation is needed
- says allways: “can not log In”
- deactivated my Kaspersky
- deinstalled all VoiceAI
- deleted roaming VoiceAI folder
- restarted system
- reinstalled sonarworks
- Activation Pop-Up says: “can not log in”
- Website activation on this device says: “can not connect”
Bought this over 6 month ago and now the support set this case as solved, but it isn't.
If you have the same: cancel Sonarworks as fast as you can, I really regret, that I didn't do this. No sound out of the purchased software - never!
