Is there a way to create 'own voices' or based on other native languages?

All voices in the library today are native english speaking voices. When using them for other languages, the ‘english’ sounds tend to leak through, and that's not desired. Is there a possibility to create your own reference voices, or will the voice librabry be extended with voices with other native language backgrounds?
