Sound ID Voice ID gets to the point of processing and stops right at 99%  I've been using this for some time and never had issues until now.  I updated, uninstalled, re-installed, followed the terminal and activity monitor instructions and none of that has worked.  Please let me know how to fix this as soon as you all can.

Quick update here.

The solution for this problem is in development, and we expect to have a fix update available this week. In the meantime, please reinstall the previous version 2.1.3 instead:

  1. Remove the existing VoiceAI plugin instances from DAW
  2. Uninstall VoiceAI, and remove all the leftover files and folders as shown here: 
  3. Reboot your computer
  4. Reinstall the previous version 2.1.3, download here:

Yeah, same here. New version is pretty broken. Using Ableton Live 12.2 on Mac studio OS15.5

I was having the same issue but I uninstalled the current version and reinstalled version 2.1.3 and that worked for me.

Same problem with me. On the MacMini M1 and on the MacBook Pro M2 in Cubase pro 14 and also in Presonus Studio One pro 6.6

Same for me, I wanted to buy the plugin with the summer sale but couldn't try it because of the problem (stuck at 99% processing). I'll try with the suggested solution but don't want to buy at full price now. Is it possible to still buy it at a discounted rate?

Issue fully resolved with the latest 2.1.7 update. In case the fix doesn't fully resolve the problem, make execute a fully clean resintall of the latest update:

  1. Remove the existing VoiceAI plugin instances from DAW.
  2. Uninstall VoiceAI, and remove all the leftover files and folders as shown here: 
  3. Reboot your computer.
  4. Reinstall the latest version 2.1.7, download here.
