My Sound ID was broken. I can't reinstall it .

My sound ID crushed every time I start my computer . So I uninstalled it. But when I run the setup file，it shows “preparing installer”. After it finishes, it closes and nothing more happens. What should I do? It's there another way to install Sound ID?
