I've just purchased the SoundID Voice AI software for the purpose of changing the gender of a 5 min narration from female to male. So far I'm really impressed with the results however, I've noticed that once I mixdown (Studio One) the track to an mp3 the original voice plays for about 5 secs before the AI on kicks in. I thought it was me and perhaps I hadn't started the capture at the beginning of the track but I've tried it twice now sometimes it works okay other times the original voice is still there. Is there something I'm missing or doing wrong?
