I recently started room calibration using SoundID Reference on Windows, and I’ve run into a strange issue. Most of the measurements work fine, except for the one at the left diagonal angle—it just won’t register.
Since every other measurement completes normally, I don’t think it’s a hardware issue.
I’m using an RME UFX II interface with HEDD speakers, and I’ve already tried reinstalling the software and running the setup multiple times, but the problem persists.
Has anyone experienced something similar or found a fix?
