Hi.
I'm trying to use the VST/VST3 plugin in the master channel in FL Studio (older version), and it works in another computer.
But as i transferred the project to my main machine and installed the plugin, the VST does absolutely nothing apart from boosting the audio by around 10 decibels, murdering my ears.
What can I do? I've tried virtually everything from uninstalling other ASIO controllers, changing audio outputs, etc. The plugin refuses to work.
Edit: It doesn't even show up in Ableton 10.
Edit #2: I don't know what the hell I did, but it works now for no apparent reason. :)

i have the same problem Tiago
i'm using it with FL Studio and it seems not affecting the sound at all. Did you solve the problem?
Hi.
So I think I know what the problem is.
Try to uninstall your latest windows update (search google on how to do it), and be sure to also uninstall any third party ASIO divers, and streaming suites like OBS.
Uninstall Reference, and try to clean up your registry, “SOFTWARE/Sonarworks” is in several places, ONLY DELETE THE “Sonarworks” folders (BACK UP YOUR REGISTRY).
Really clean up everything, even search your system for “reference” and delete everything related to it, we’ll need a clean install.
Using Revo Uninstaller is a good way to shorten this process, but do go manually and sweep through stuff.
Make sure to restart the machine when you’re done with this cleanup.
On your “Services”, check that every service related to Sonarworks is set to “Automatic”.
With Windows rolled back one update, try installing Reference again. It should now be able to create the Virtual ASIO to ASIO driver session.
Tell me if it worked. Good luck everyone! Be sure to backup your registry before changing stuff around!
many thanks Tiago,
i think i found the problem and if it is that there's not mucj i can do. It seems working only with 64bit software version using VST3.
If i use FL 32bit i can open the plug in (VST2) but it doesnt affect the sound. If i try open the vst3 in FL 32bit version (the one i use because some of third party plug in) FL crush.
Does it sound possible to you.
Thx again my friend.
Hi again,
VST3 will not work in FL Studio 32bit.
Try to use the 64bit version of FL. It should bridge the 32bit VST2 to 64bit with Fruity Wrapper.
Tell me if this works! Hope it helps.
