Plugin does not capture sound. There is no Start processing function.

The issue has already been reported by several users, and our Development Team has already found the problem. A hotfix update will follow shortly (we will let you know); until then, please use the older 2.0.6 version of the plugin:

1. Remove the existing VoiceAI plugin instances from DAW
2. Uninstall VoiceAI, and remove the leftover files and folders as shown here:
   • [WIN] How to uninstall SoundID VoiceAI
   • [MAC] How to uninstall SoundID VoiceAI
3. Reboot your computer
4. Reinstall version 2.0.6, download here:
   • Windows: SoundIDVoiceAI-2.0.6.6292.msi
   • macOS: SoundIDVoiceAI-2.0.6.6292.pkg

The problem has been resolved, and we have already pushed it out in a new update late last night. Update to the latest 2.0.9, download here.
