When using SoundID Voice AI, are you putting it on raw vocals or after autotune/eq etc?

Trying to figure out what's best way to use Sound ID Voice AI.

I'm no singer just experimenting with writing so I use Auto Tune. 

Is it best to keep auto tune on your vocal chain BEFORE you place SoundID Voice AI, or are you suppose to use Voice AI on completely raw/unprocessed vocals?

 Also, when using the voice can tend to glitch out at times, if anyone has advice on that (not sure if it's the input vocal - mine - or if it's just certain vocals from soundid that may glitch more than others)
